Sixth Element

Writing, writing, writing. It takes time to be able to thoroughly think something through and gain enough confidence in to to have the guts to post it on the internet for the entire world to see. I personally use writing as a way to explore and express. Words are very flexible and complicated derivatives. With words you are able to paint a picture for the person that is reading. The many details that are intertwined within the written piece and how important you choose to make them seems to determine the direction in which the piece goes and the effect that it has on the reader. Writing is a voiceless way to voice your opinion. It allows you to go outside of the box and create your own way of thinking. It allows you to express your many biases and give credit to your thoughts in writing.

A Days Reflection

Today, I feel, was a very good and productive day. I was able to get in touch with my sense of hearing and learn how to paint a picture with audio and how audio sets the ora of a setting. By using audio you can both set the tone and create a scene for a certain situation. You can make your audience feel the way you want them to feel and focus on a certain subject. The audio blindly gives off a certain feeling and point of view that is intended and unintended by it's creator. Sound opens the door for interpretation. All of this I learned today.
